I brought my Durango in for an airbag recall on 12/10. While it was there, it was suggested that a few other things get fixed. One fix being upwards of $500 and another greater than $700. I did opt for the first fix, as it seemed to involve safety. Exactly two weeks later, on 12/24 the same alarm light returned to the dash. I called and left a message for Hannah, but have yet to receive a call back. By 12/26, the car left my family and I stranded miles from home at 10 pm at night. Thankfully, I have AAA and was able to get my family, myself, and the car home safely. However, the car has been dead in my driveway ever since. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed. As suggested by the dealership, I did already max out what was offered by their loan company for the first fix. I must say though, everyone was very friendly the day of service 12/10, but I am disappointed otherwise. More

They repaired my transmission but they replaced the same part (solenoid) twice. Car acted exactly like it did before their repair. Then they repaired and charged me again. I would never trust these guys wit part (solenoid) twice. Car acted exactly like it did before their repair. Then they repaired and charged me again. I would never trust these guys with my car.
