I had to bring my car in for a service light warning. I was told a battery needed replacing, and this was the second time for that particular part in 20,000 miles. I felt I needed to do a pay service while I was there, so it I had them replace the filter on my air conditioner. It took 7.5 hours, when I was told it would be about 3. Luckily I was given a rental car, because I could not think of any other errands to run while waiting. I felt the filter was expensive, and time for repair was too long. But Javier was nice, and helpful. Oh when someone drops off a vehicle it should be made clear to car owners they need to remember service agents name. I called in a few times to get car updates, and nothing could be done until I remembered Javier’s name. More

Aside from the fact that the 3rd party repair shop took 2 1/2 weeks to do paint repair. Bubbling on the door and hood hinges. This was covered warranty work. But the car rental company charged me $486.90 for 1/2 weeks to do paint repair. Bubbling on the door and hood hinges. This was covered warranty work. But the car rental company charged me $486.90 for the rental. to add insult to injury, it has now been another 2 1/2 weeks and I still have not seen any reimbursement for the Hertz rental charge. over all I think the dealership sucks. Diagnostic skills were very poor with two wrong diagnosis. They kept my vehicle for 13 days on a 3-4 day repair.
