Service advisor was awesome. My issue is that people who work there have even witnessed what my air confirming system does but service techs say everything appears normal. I now have to keep my a/c at 66 or work there have even witnessed what my air confirming system does but service techs say everything appears normal. I now have to keep my a/c at 66 or 67 degrees to get and keep the vehicle cold and stay cold. I have to keep the fan on high at all times. This truck used to freeze me out at 74 degrees on #3 or #4 fan speed. Very disappointed that someone is not finding the cause of this issue. More
Extremely happy with the service I received. They even patched a tire that I was struggling to find someone to repair. The tire was practically new, everyone was wanting us to replace it. I only worked with the service writer, sorry do not remember her name, but everyone was courteous. Especially appreciated the comp tire rotation. Around 2 PM on Monday, when we dropped off the Jeep (dropped off Monday for a 7:30 AM appointment Tues).. there were no service agents available to speak with.. only three on staff. They said IF I wan (dropped off Monday for a 7:30 AM appointment Tues).. there were no service agents available to speak with.. only three on staff. They said IF I wanted to wait to speak with a service agent it would be about an hour because there were only 3 on staff. I was asked to fill out an envelope. Which I did. Need more available service agents. They did a good job with my Jeep, picked it up the next day. Service was under warrantee. More
