Awful, just awful. I had my 16 Jeep in for an oil change and a sensor light in dec. 2020. I was told I needed items sealed, rear brake pads, all new rotors, and a sensor. We had made an appointment for a Saturday. Staff told us it might be done (recalls) if parts were available. Monday morning- not ready!!! This a work van. We live 1.5 hours away.
