2015 Jeep Patriot had the ABS light on and traction control light on. Made an appointment and let you know we had Mopar Vehicle protection extended coverage. 2/19/2021. We were told Mopar did not c control light on. Made an appointment and let you know we had Mopar Vehicle protection extended coverage. 2/19/2021. We were told Mopar did not cover our repair so we had to pay 323.36. We gave the man the telephone number to call but he wouldn't do it so we had to deal with Mopar directly. He said we were not covered. They refunded the money we paid you but customer service not there. More

I brought the car in for some issues and they were not resolved. I purchased the car 5 weeks ago from you being told the car was in great shape specially for what I paid for. Consistently get back communication. Constantly have to follow up. Parts never ordered on time. Fight me on a warranty claim where I was right.
