That was not the case with Cape Coral Ram, everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my trucks needs. I feel I'm being cheated. I bought a Chrysler Extended warranty and was told the most I would have to spend would be $100 per visit. Every time I bring the Pacifica in with a problem I'm told there will b warranty and was told the most I would have to spend would be $100 per visit. Every time I bring the Pacifica in with a problem I'm told there will be a $150 diagnostic fee for each problem and then if the car needs an "update" there will be a fee for that and none of this is covered by the extended warranty. Give me a break. The Pacifica occasionally bucks so hard it feels like you've been hit from behind, I was told this is because 2 different people drive the car and the transmission can't adapt to 2 people. You sold me a car that only 1 person can drive?? I was told I could pay $150 to relearn the transmission but that wouldn't really solve the problem! More

I called in the week of 3/22/2021 and asked for service. I told the person what I have and made an appointment for 3/30/2021. She told me to bring the coupon. Upon arriving, the attendant looked confused when I gave him the coupon. He informed me that the manager told him not to honor it. I asked to see the manager and he told me that they were no longer honoring the coupon, but wanted me to buy another package. Sounds like bait and switch. I told him that if he wanted to honor the coupon that I was sure he could and that I would not be buying any vehicle in the future from them. I would not believe anything said to you about service or buying a car, if they would not honor their own coupon. More
