I brought my truck in to get the newest update 18.45, they didn't. The tech (stephen) couldn't even get the truck off of a deep sleep. Still charged me $150.00. I told him that if you can't put the update in that I need to run the Uconnect than I don't want to pay because the whole point is so that I can run Uconnect.
