The Oil Change offering of $24.99 was just fantastic and I bought it at once too! I DO realize Dealers have to make a profit to survive, but trying to CHARGE $60 for an OIL Change is just absolutely CRAZY I bought it at once too! Javier was awesome. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and I really appreciate his efforts. However, the Hispanic woman and the check out desk was rude and had a very condescending tone when I asked needs and I really appreciate his efforts. My 1st visit for service (earlier this year was a horrible experience and I complained for sure. I had to go back for warrantee service on my battery and had just the opposite experience.
