We 1st went in to get car diagnostic done the price was sent on $149. Went in to drop off the car and spoke to Steven and he gave us another price of $549 for diagnostic. When I asked about the 1st price h sent on $149. Went in to drop off the car and spoke to Steven and he gave us another price of $549 for diagnostic. When I asked about the 1st price he said, it didn't matter what the 1st price was. The following day Mr. Steven did not get back to me, the following day I left a message for him, Mr. Steven eventually called me back, stated he didn't know about the car yet.. it wasn't until days later , Mr.. Steven had a hand written quote at $5000. There was items on quote I didn't ask for.. so I came in the office and thats when I meet Mr. Gonzalez. Gonzalez did everything he could to help us. The estimated price went from $5000 to $3500 Main reason for my car was OIL LIGHT COMING ON AND OFF, LEAKING OIL, SMELL OF OIL COMING INTO VENTS. ENGINE LIGHT ON. I received my car back. And after 2 days of driving car the OIL LIGHT IS BACK ON! I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I PAID SO MUCH TO GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED. I AM SATISFIED WITH MR. GONZALEZ, WITH HIM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. BUT I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE OF MY CAR! I want Corporates number! I need my car fixed. More

The service department is staffed adequately with top notch techs. The service writers are overwhelmed at times and that is understood. However, I had an appointment because I am a businessman and short notch techs. The service writers are overwhelmed at times and that is understood. Not seekening any form of special treatment from anyone but my car idled under the overhang with emergency flashers on for over 25 minutes. Folllow-up with the client should be handled prior to online review. Would have been 5 stars if so. Thanks! More

Brought my 2019 Ram in for a oil change they rotated tires broke the wheel hub claimed they didn’t do it then claimed they were aftermarket wheels (I bought the truck with these and were never told they tires broke the wheel hub claimed they didn’t do it then claimed they were aftermarket wheels (I bought the truck with these and were never told they were aftermarket wheels) and it wasn’t covered. They also tried to blame another dealer. I have had nothing but trouble and aggravation with this dealer from the beginning. I have been working with a service manager about MY PAYING FOR NEW HUBS and haven’t heard from him in over a week with no updates. Was told the hubs are$50 each and would have them in a couple of day. That was the first week in May. Stay far away from this dealership. You’ll probably never see this on their review page More
