Quick and easy to make a service appointment. Took the jeep in at appointment time. Completed oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner. Two stars because :- the “free” car wash left my truck Two stars because : - the “free” car wash left my truck far worse than when I brought it in, and when I noted this to the staff the retort was that ( Two stars because : - the “free” car wash left my truck far worse than when I brought it in, and when I noted this to the staff the retort was that (the car wash) “..it’s only a machine and sometimes it doesn’t work so well”. - the tires were/are(?) to be filled with nitrogen as per the original purchase agreement, but the dust caps were not the appropriate green color. I asked that the green caps be put on and that was “forgotten” to be done,…again. -it took over two hours for an oil change and (did they?) check over the vehicle. - the windshield washer fluid should’ve been topped off,….it wasn’t. This vehicle is too valuable to me to take to a dealership that isn’t reliable and trustworthy, or that have to be watched over for every detail. And for Pete’s sake, find somebody who knows how to run an automatic car wash. More

Overall service was good. My wife and I have been trying to get in contact with Mike in service because we were told that they had to reconnect a ground wire that was disconnected, however this was not list to get in contact with Mike in service because we were told that they had to reconnect a ground wire that was disconnected, however this was not listed on the repair sheet. I am needing this to update my local mechanic about all the service that has been done to our vehicle to update our local mechanic record. Mike said this is something they had done to our vehicle, so we need record of it for our mechanic.
