You know Ron & Alex, in the Service Department, were just FANTASTIC concerning all the problems with my wifes Radio/GPS unit and the Front end suspension problems. It took many trips back and forth to get ev FANTASTIC concerning all the problems with my wifes Radio/GPS unit and the Front end suspension problems. It took many trips back and forth to get everything resolved because of the Warranty Department, but FINALLY after pictures were sent they understood what was going on and WHY the frond end was making NOISE when going over a small speed bump in a shopping plaza or while entering a shopping center from the main rod to a higher elvation and the CREAKING noise it would make! Well I really HATE to say this, BUT I still hear a Creaking noise in the front end with the aformentioned noise in the front end and after this 2015 Journey just crossed over to 42K miles yesterday I would think there SHOULD BE NO NOISE after all the service work was done, but nevertheles I still hear something! I was going to stop in next week and talk to them to see IF there is something else going on in the front end of this car. Hoping to getting everything resolved as my wife LOVES her car and she ordered it for herself on the 4th of July in 2014. Not many White Pearl/White Leather interior 2015 Journey Limited's around town either! More
