I brought my RAM 1500 in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. The service advisor said it would be 45-60 minutes. I waited over 90 minutes before I got my truck back. The advisor should have been honest with me and given me the correct amount of time it would have taken. I even called the service manager and left him a voicemail about my recent experience. When you first pull up for your service appointment everyone is super nice and they want to do everything to make it a great customer experience. Thats where it ends. Trying to get hold of anyone after everyone is super nice and they want to do everything to make it a great customer experience. Thats where it ends. The only one at the dealership thats answers any calls is Robert to make appointments. He is super nice and try’s to get you in touch with anyone. The answering service people are great.You would think one person of the many employees walking around the dealership just could pick ip a phone call. More
