I brought my RAM 1500 in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. The service advisor said it would be 45-60 minutes. I waited over 90 minutes before I got my truck back. When you first pull up for your service appointment everyone is super nice and they want to do everything to make it a great customer experience. Thats where it ends. The only one at the dealership thats answers any calls is Robert to make appointments. He is super nice and try’s to get you in touch with anyone.
