He sent it out for additional work that I requested (at no extra cost) before we closed the deal. The day I came to get my new registration, I had a tire problem, an embedded screw. I left that afternoon with a new tire courtesy of Rick and the staff. They went off Cape to get the necessary tire. These are nice, honest people doing their best to make a living selling cars. I was quite impressed that all the time I was at this small dealership, Rick and the staff spoke in a courteous and professional manner. I will come back to Cape Cod Carz. More

I had to balance budget, practicality, reliability, reasonableness with a daughter’s picky desires and also get fair trade value for her current ride. Happy to say Successful. Cape Cod Carz had the Honda CRV in awesome shape at a fair, reasonable price with CarFax verification and service history. There was zero pressure when I came to check out 3 possible vehicles I thought might serve our needs. I did test drives, opened hoods, crawled under, opened all doors and pushed lots of buttons. The CRV was the one. Next we came to fair price on our trade based on book value and it’s current fair condition. New Vehicle delivered to our driveway. Former vehicle traded driven away.
