Ran in to Mark when seeing a Bronco driving down the road to Tyler. Stopped to check it out and Mark was immediately there to offer assistance. Service dept. staff not very friendly. Truck was totally clean before service. When finished the front and back windshield were smeared and had water runs. There w staff not very friendly. Truck was totally clean before service. When finished the front and back windshield were smeared and had water runs. There was mud on the running board and the floorboard on driver’s side was dirty. When the truck was finished no one called to say that it was finished and after 10 minutes I went up to check on it. I stood at the counter another 5 minutes before anyone offered to help. I am very picky about my vehicle and expected it to look like it did when I took it in. More
