The folks are friendly and courteous. The first time I had the truck in for the smoking issue, it was turned around in a matter of days. The problem with that is it still smokes upon startup. Also, it was parked in a dirt lot with the drivers window down. The interior was very dirty when I picked it up. I brought it back to follow up, and was not called back for a week. They claimed they couldn’t get it to smoke. The first time I started it after bringing it home, it smoked. Not very happy. Will be bringing it back soon. More

I find the service counter people to be knowledgeable & honest. My F150 has disappointed me more than expected based on reputation. Recent repairs have been costly. That said, not once did I feel mislead honest. My F150 has disappointed me more than expected based on reputation. Recent repairs have been costly. That said, not once did I feel mislead by the service staff. Daniel has been informative, honest and frankly I’ve enjoyed visiting the service counter. Although I’d be happier without the realization that the product is not what it should be. Being from a Ford family, that’s difficult. Otherwise, service counter, keep up the good work. More

The service was great but never got a call back to let me know what was wrong with my car. Luckily it was under warranty and only had to pay 200 instead of 1800.
