This dealership is the worst Ford shop I have ever been to. Took company truck in for service and recall and when checking out I presented the no tax form that applies to my employer to the service Manager to. Took company truck in for service and recall and when checking out I presented the no tax form that applies to my employer to the service Manager he told me they do not honor it. Called my supervisor and they explained it to them too. He said after a few minutes of discussion that he would do it and agree to part ways and never do business with us again. More
