Took 4 hours to pay cash for a car and every time I asked "how much longer?" They told me 15 minutes. Air conditioning was set at 79 degrees and it was miserable to sit inside. I was at Canton Ford to have the oil changed on my 2015 Fusion and to have the vehicle inspected for the coming year. Everyone there did a great job taking care of my needs.
