But in Salesperson was awesome didn't press anything on you. Financial rep well that was a different story. I did get approved was greatful for that. But interest by day come on that's a total rip off. I was told it wasn't like that. But hey my fault for listening should have read every last word. But if you need a truck or car get with Jarrett he doesn't good. More
The best truck buying experience I have ever had. No hidden charges or dealer mark ups. Straight forward deal without any buyers remorse. Canton Ford is my new dealership. No hidden charges or dealer mark ups. Straight forward deal without any buyers remorse. Canton Ford is my new dealership. More
Traded a truck and good bit of cash for a used vehicle for my daughter upon graduation. She drove it 1,160 miles, had it three weeks (paid cash 06/09/23) (received car 06/14/23, returned for failure 07/05 for my daughter upon graduation. She drove it 1,160 miles, had it three weeks (paid cash 06/09/23) (received car 06/14/23, returned for failure 07/05/23) before it failed in a dangerous circumstance. Returned the vehicle (at my own expense of $278.00) because they had expressed a 3,000 mile, 3 month powertrain warranty. The car had to sit a week before they ‘had time’ to look at it and of course no loaners were available. That warranty is trash and shouldn’t even be mentioned. Have requested a written copy of said warranty. So, we are now out several thousands of dollars, a good running, one owner truck and left with what we are being told is a bill over $2,000 just to drive the newly purchased vehicle again. Not to mention car rental fees just waiting on them to even look at it. UPDATE: It took over 6 weeks BUT the issue was resolved. I had bought my own warranty outside the dealer, thank goodness. The length was waiting on parts. Total repair cost just under $3,000. Buy yourself a warranty outside. People trade in problems, I understand that. The different departments don’t seem to have any communication with each other, or at least that’s what I was led to believe. The problem has been solved, Alex seems to understand a simple phone call to update is worth a lot. All in all, they did a decent job, just left a bad taste in my mouth with communication and customer follow up. More
