I had work done at the dealership on my F150 because I was about to take a long trip. Alex guaranteed me that the work would be done correctly and in a timely manner. It didn’t quite work out like you planned and on my trip my truck Broke down and left me having to go to another Ford dealership to get a repair done. I told him several times if they couldn’t make sure it was right I would rent a car. It did break down 740 miles away and now I’m stuck in another state waiting for the repairs to get done that should’ve been correctly done the first time. So I’m a little more than agitated that he circumvented getting things done correctly to get things out quickly. and in the long run it is costing me an extra $2300 not including all my hotel stays and car rentals to complete the task I came to this state to get done which is Kentucky. When I called up there to try to get something resolved from them, I asked for a callback from the general manager, or a lead of one of the teams to try to find an amiable solution. Nobody has called me back. More
