I Had to take the truck to a different dealership to get the ac fixed. Canton ford had the truck in and out several times without fixing it. A Chevy mechanic found out the problem with in 30 minutes of looking at this last truck. Very unsatisfied ! More

their service manager and general manager yanked my keys away and left with them after I paid my bill. Daniel the service manager is at very least an xxxxx. I've been a customer there since it was Canton Motors owned by Don Barrier. I took my truck in there last August for the same exact thing this year instead of doing the right thing, they charged me another 1600 and called and said there was another 1100 worth of work 2 rotors and 1 set of front brakes! 1100 I bought the rotors and brakes for 238.00 total. after giving them my check to pay off my bill Daniel yanked my keys off the counter and left within them. I wiuldnt step foot back on that property if my life depended on it. More

Part of my trade allowance was applied to the interest of loan recommended by dealer. Next day I was able to get loan 2 percent cheaper and a better service contract 1,000.00 cheaper. So part of money I was loan recommended by dealer. Next day I was able to get loan 2 percent cheaper and a better service contract 1,000.00 cheaper. So part of money I was promised for trade is totally lost. Staff was very helpful but for these reasons it left a very good experience turned to a very bad experience. But I do love the 2020 Nissan platinum reserve truck a truly well built absolutely beautiful truck. Thanks More
