If this dealership had remained all star Ford We would have been Happier. The sales people were all sitting around on there cell phones. Very bad services. Took almost week and half to get truck back., and as soon as I pulled out of the dealership my truck was still doing the same thing as it was when Took almost week and half to get truck back., and as soon as I pulled out of the dealership my truck was still doing the same thing as it was when I dropped it off. I Never once received a call from the dealership to give me an update on my truck, I had to call every single day to try and get an update but would get the same story that it would be ready by the following day and it never was ready nor did I receive a phone call. When I finally decided to just drive to the dealership to see if I could get an update I was told oh we just finished. But I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before my truck was doing the same thing that I brought it in to have fix. More

I took my truck in for a routine oil and systems service. They found an issue, showed it to me so I could see what was wrong. I appreciated that. I contacted the dealership about a truck that was shown on the internet. The process was simple. I told them what I had to trade and they gave me an offer without seeing my vehicle. I gave them a deposit a on the internet. The process was simple. I told them what I had to trade and they gave me an offer without seeing my vehicle. I gave them a deposit and made a plan to meet the following day to pick up the truck. I was planning to pay cash and the financial assistance would have been able to get me a loan if needed but I didn’t need one. He did offer a vehicle warranty that would cover the truck for an additional six years and 100,000 miles. It was a deal so I didn’t pass it up. Great people!! More

This dealership could not give me a fact based description of what occurred to my vehicle. The sales team pitched to purchase my vehicle for $2,000 less than what I sold it for.
