The Highlander has an extensive array of dashboard IT and it takes time to learn.... although the Manual is comprehensive (and 1.5" thick!), it's not easy to learn about car IT features through a manual. Our salesman Mike Quigley took some time with us to get Bluetooth set up and work the Navigation system, and offered to meet with us in future for more "training session." Mike was very nice and well organized! More
