Buying a car was easy and I got a great deal. Jim C. Jay took me out on a test drive a few weeks ago. I thought it over gave him a call and set up an appointment. Pretty much had my mind made up. It took about 45 minutes to pick up the car. The only reason it took that long is because Jay had to show me all the features in the car. More

I leased my 2018 rav 4 and from day 1 i complained the car pulls to the right, service advisors told me there is nothing wrong.later found out service advisors never relayed my concern to a tech to look for a issue.present day,i took my rav 4 in for service like i always do and was told i needed tires and it would coast $1000.00.The car only has 20k miles and is 2 years old and i have done all my factory recommend services.They told me they are wearing on the outside edges.I told them this should be warrantied and they told me no.My son tried helping out by calling toyota directly.Toyota did a investigation and said tires are not covered under warranty and told me this is a service failure on the dealership side.They told me my best bet was to try and get the dealership to do an alignment and give me 4 new tires.It is the dealerships fault for not catching this.They should have noticed the tires wearing unevenly,if they looked into my concern about the car pulling to the right from the start the tires probably would never have worn uneven.My son did what toyota advised him and called the dealership to speak to the gm and or owner to try and get them to take care of this issue. He called 8 times asking for ryan or emmett whoever is available.Every time he called the lady answering the phone told him they were busy and she would take a message for them to call back.He never heard back.My son then called toyota back to tell them he can not get in touch with the owner or gm.Toyota tried calling the dealership and couldn't get either of them to answer or call back and always left a message.I can not believe that they do not call customers back.It is sad to say but i may have to lease my next car at jaffarians,maybe they have better business practices and care about there customers and not just the sale of a car. More

Rating Rockingham Toyota Dealership in Salem, NH I found the sales rep very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing, was personable and showed real concern for our needs. The finance perso I found the sales rep very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing, was personable and showed real concern for our needs. The finance person was the best we ever dealt with compared to the 17 vehicles we purchased and 7 dealers we worked with over the past 50 years. There was the usual bickering with the manager and the usual surprises after signing the offer but that didn't take away my rating. The whole 5 star rating was the sales rep we worked with and other sales rep's that were there to help us with questions about the vehicle. A team spirit was evident. More
Never had issues when I did business with jaffarian Toyota This is the second time I have been to this dealership and it has been nothing but xxxxxxxx. I was told 2 weeks in advance to bring my car in so servi This is the second time I have been to this dealership and it has been nothing but xxxxxxxx. I was told 2 weeks in advance to bring my car in so service can correct a mistake they previously made. I show up at 730am to drop my car off and get a rental car that they were going to pay For, come to find out they have no more rentals and decide to send me to enterprise. Once I get to enterprise rental i’m greeted with a room of blank faces because Toyota never informed them that I was going to get a car from them, Rockingham Toyota was then called for a P.O( purchase order)for Toyota to then say they will call back within 20 min. At that point I was very annoyed so I got a ride back to the dealership took my car and went home with no service done. Unbelievable how bad the service was for a 2nd time. More

When she says she'll check something for you and assures you she'll contact you with any and all requested info, SHE DOES! If I had a position in my business for Jen, I would steal her in a minute! Finance and management team also tops! Dealing with Bob Lurvey was also a pleasure. No excuses or pitches, just good friendly customer service. Can't say enough! More
