Excellent service Called up about a truck listed on their site, got to go in right away to test drive it and get more information on any questions i had. However, Sales Manager Wilson stepped in to help until a salesperson became free and we reached a deal quickly. Bob Copley, then stepped in to complete the sale. The finance department was painless with Jonathan. Were they busy, absolutely, so I was there a while, however, not once did I feel ignored and I was taken care of. I picked up my new Rav4 Tuesday night. Again, Bob was attentive and made sure I was aware of the features the car has and went over them. He was willing to take as much time as I needed. I highly recommend Rockingham Toyota, Wilson, Bob and Jonathan! This was a very simple and smooth experience with great customer service.
