Early on a cold wintry morning I was driving to work and my gas gauge was on empty. My Son used the Infinity the night before and left it on empty so I limped up the road to the Mobil station in hopes of n my gas gauge was on empty. As I approached Rockingham Toyota the car started kicking and coughing in desperate need of fuel. The only thing I could do was pull into the lot where a crew was clearing and cleaning for the start of business. Now I pulled in and said to myself "if I can get anyone to help me it would be a miracle”. I got out of the Car and approached Tim and I think his name is Brian and told them of my plight. Tim jumped out of the truck got a gas can and put fuel in the tank of my car. I offered them both cash and they refused politely as they continued to assist me stating helping me was not only part of the job but their nature. It’s not often people help people without compensation but these Men stood apart and went the extra mile. I bought my Avalon here but they never knew that, they just did the right thing of which I am grateful. Thank you Rockingham Toyota for having the best staff around and I will be seeing you soon for another car as my son is starting College. Hal Johnson More

I had to bring my Prius in for a service light issue. Instead of having to drive thru a fancy service center I was greeted at the service desk by a very polite and professional Toyota Team Member. They diagnosed the problem, without the customery $89.99 diagnostic to FIND the problem, fixed it and charged me $12.95. This was all done within an hour, and I did NOT have an appointment. This was my fourth visit to this Dealership and in all instances the experience has been outstanding. It is rare to find this kind of service at a Dealership and I applaud them for it. More
I went to IRA Manchester and looked at a Toyota Yaris. We agreed on a price of $14,200. I went to the bank got a certified check and came back the following day to pick up my car. They told me that I needed to give them another $500 or else we couldn't do the deal. I fought with them for over an hour and demanded for my deposit back. I called around and talked to Mark and Nelson at Rockingham. They quoted me a price over the phone. I was very skeptical but I went there to see the vehicle. Everything Mark told me on the phone was true. He gave me a great deal and honored his price he quoted. I will never go to IRA again and I advise anyone thats considering buying a car from them DON'T. I am still waiting for my deposit back!!!! More
