These folks contacted me when I had a deal in place, ready to go, with a competing dealership. They told me they would price it sharply enough for me to switch- and they did. Rockingham has a website where you can submit questions, and the next day Mike Lee calls and spends 15 minutes amswering all my questions, and then making sure I don't have any other concerns. Simply the best. I went online, contacted places via the internet and also via phone. I dealt with people at Ira Toyota, Jaffarian Toyota, Herb Chambers, Boch, and Woburn Toyota. No one could match Rocking internet and also via phone. I dealt with people at Ira Toyota, Jaffarian Toyota, Herb Chambers, Boch, and Woburn Toyota. No one could match Rockingham in terms of price and lack of hassle. There was no pressure and no reason to haggle - they started me off with a great price, one I couldn't get from others after wasting lots of time. None of the - "I'll have to ask my manager" or pressuring me to make a decision or give them a deposit. In addition, Robert Lasher in finance got me a great loan rate, saving me over $500 in interest from my credit union. He was also a no-pressure, no hassle guy. Because we were from Mass. he coordinated with our insurance agent and did everything so we could register the car. Finally, Chris Prescott was outstanding. After the car was bought and we were done with financing, he could have gone home as he was done for the day. Instead he stayed an hour with my wife and I, going over every detail of the car and how to operate the navigation system, and then she went home and he introduced me to the parts and service people and made sure all my questions were answered. He even programmed the bluetooth connection for my phone before I drove off. He could not have been nicer or more patient. You can't find people like this at Ira or Boch or Herb Chambers....i don't know why. I've bought cars where I felt I paid too much and it bugged me every time I'd step in the car.
