I looked online, researched through Consumer Reports, and went to two dealerships to get the best price. When I decided to go with Jay at Rockingham, I called the other dealership to let them know. The next day they sent an email and left a voicemail stating they would give me $2000 more for my trade than Rockingham. I called Eric at Rockingham and told him, giving him the chance to match the offer. He stated that he understood that I needed to make the best deal possible but that he couldnt see how the other dealer could give me $2000 more for my trade. He said that he was sad to lose my business, but that he understood and wished me the best. I then called the other dealer and that sales manager told me that the person who wanted my trade was gone and he could no longer offer me the extra $2000. I said thanks anyways and called Eric back (with my tail between my legs). He was very professional and said that we could resume the deal that we had made. I was treated very well by both Jay and Eric and received a very fair deal. I would recommend Jay, Eric, Eddie and Rockingham Toyota if you are in the market for a car. More

He contacted me and set up a meeting to discuss my options. Bob took me through my new car and completely explained the differences between my current car and the new one. Nick was friendly, informative, honest and very helpful and got the best deal for me. I felt comfortable asking questions and getting the information I needed. The show room and service area was very neat and welcoming. All the employees I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable. I bought my first Toyota Tacoma at Rockingham Toyota and I was very impressed with the quality of service. When I went back to have my pick up looked at I decided to take a look at new vehicles. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I immediately like his style. Jay walked me through every step of the way and this was the easiest purchase I have ever made. I did not feel pressured during anytime of this process. I was also helped by Eddie from finance and the manager Tom stopped by several times to make sure I was ok. This group of caring professionals made my overall experience and excellent one. I would gladly recommend anyone to Rockingham Toyota and even though I live in CT, I will make the 3 hour drive back if I buy another car as long as quality people like Jay, Eddie, and Tom are still there. Very good people. They are willing to work with you to get you the car you want. when you go to the dealer they do not hound you like alot of other dealers do. My initial visit was with Jay Enright (sales), he was freindly, knowlegeable and absolutely no pressure. For our trade in, Eric clearly and respectfully explained how it was evaluated and he got the fair market value from Edmunds.com for me to review, again the trade value seemed fair and competive. This was honestly the best buying experience we have had for a new vehicle and we are 60 plus. We saw George for the financing he was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained some of the plans that were avialble for maintaince, extended warranty etc. with no pressure to purchase. When we picked up the vehicle we met with Roy from fiance to sign the finacing papers, agian pleasant, knowledgeable and no presuure. We highly recommend the Rockingham Toyota team and strongly recommend Jay Enright as a knowlegeable, friendly, professional and no pressure sales rep. After arranging an appointment time, we were partnered with a Product Consultant (read: sales person) who was polite, low-key, and very knowledgeable about the particular model in which we were interested. Final pricing was quickly agreed apon with the General Sales Manager (without undue angst), and financing was effortlessly arranged, with terms clearly explained, by a Business Manager. Delivery of the requested vehicle was done in a resonable time frame, and the final signings and closing took little time. Overall, an excellant experience, and we would (and will) recommend this dealership to others. More

This was a fantastic experience! We purchased a prius from Jay in 2009. After the birth of our second child we needed a larger vehicle and returned again to work with Jay because it was such a positive e from Jay in 2009. Jay recognized us when we entered the building and greeted us right away. We explained our needs and Jay took the time to explain our options. He didn't pressure us into purchasing anything that we didn't need, but listened to us carefully and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Despite the fact that the dealership was closed for the evening by this point, Jay, George and Eric took plenty of time to work with us to be sure that we were comfortable with the financial side of the transaction. No one made us feel rushed or pressured us to hurry our decision so that they could get home earlier. In the time between coming to an agreement and our taking delivery of the vehicle we were kept in the loop about where we were in the process every step of the way. Delivery can sometimes be a ridiculously frustrating experience in the car buying process. It can often mar the entire memory of something exciting, but everything was quick and easy. We finalized all of the paperwork, transferred our registration and drove away in our new car within about an hour. We will definitely be returning to Rockingham Toyota for any future car purchases.
