Jay called as soon as he returend to work. My husband went in to continue our search for a new car. We finally made our decision to go with the Toyota. I am very pleased and impressed with the respect and consideration shown to my husband and me during the process. It now runs, drives and handles great. Every concern was resolved right on the spot. We own two cars because we need two cars. Being without a car is a major problem for us and Rockingham Toyota Service was sensitive to this and got our car fixed and back into our hands as quickly as possible. Tim is EXCELLENT! He took a fair amount of time with me to bring me out to my vehicle to explain what was happening and why.
