Our entire experience with Rockingham Toyota has been outstanding and I wanted to congratulate ALL of the employees we came in contact with. She was patience and very accomodating with our requests for our new Avalon. She went out of her way to make sure we got the exact car we wanted with absolutely NO pressure. Tom Pare and Eddie Najeeuliah answered our never ending questions about the car and the extended warranty (and kept us laughing throughout!). George and Jay performed the "wrap up" work on the day of delivery without a hitch. We have visited many different Toyota dealerships during this journey and not one of then could hold a candle to Rockingham. Keep up the good work and we'll be back for our NEXT Avalon! Well, we have never experienced it either, until this past week at Rockingham Toyota,Salem NH when we purchased the next vehicle for my mother. Susan was amazing: understanding, having patience, going always the extra mile (even in pooring down rain, literally!!!) to help us find the best car to fit our needs. And A real pleasure to work with, day or night, rain or shine. Also were Eric - staying late to make the numbers work for us, or the key, or assist with prompt answers to any question we have, and always with a smile. By George! last but not least! George -it was great doing business you, and so nice and pleasant while taking all the time we needed to feel comfortable and work with us to get to the final numbers! The dealership has done on excellent job on helping me to get an RS 7.0 as soon as they could. I also have never had any issue in the past with any service calls. I had jsut purchased a rear wiper arm and the existing bolt was frozen in place. I brought it back within the hour of trying to replace myself and they took my right in, explained what was wrong and did bolt was frozen in place. My o8 Avalon lost the high beams and driving lights. Although this was not a warranty item, there was a TSB on the problem. Rockingham Toyota intervened and convinced Toyota to cover the expenses of replacing the headlight assemblies. If I would have had to pay for this, the cost would be in excess of $2500. I had the best car transaction I have ever had here. My husband and I purchase or lease new vehicles every 2-3 years. But this by far was the best experience. Charles, Tom, George and Eddie are the most professional people. It was such a nice, no pressure, easy transaction. The whole process was seamless and felt like I was talking to real people (not sleazy salesmen). They answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I came into the dealership having a bad taste in my mouth from an experience at Ira in Danvers (who is horrible, don’t ever go there). I had the KBB information for my trade as well as fair market price on the vehicle from what other people in my area were paying. They gave me both, no haggling required! The offered me some add-ons but with no pressure what so ever. I would highly recommend them and will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the next month or so. We are very pleased.
