This was a fantastic experience! We purchased a prius from Jay in 2009. After the birth of our second child we needed a larger vehicle and returned again to work with Jay because it was such a positive e from Jay in 2009. Jay recognized us when we entered the building and greeted us right away. We explained our needs and Jay took the time to explain our options. He didn't pressure us into purchasing anything that we didn't need, but listened to us carefully and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Despite the fact that the dealership was closed for the evening by this point, Jay, George and Eric took plenty of time to work with us to be sure that we were comfortable with the financial side of the transaction. No one made us feel rushed or pressured us to hurry our decision so that they could get home earlier. In the time between coming to an agreement and our taking delivery of the vehicle we were kept in the loop about where we were in the process every step of the way. Delivery can sometimes be a ridiculously frustrating experience in the car buying process. It can often mar the entire memory of something exciting, but everything was quick and easy. We finalized all of the paperwork, transferred our registration and drove away in our new car within about an hour. We will definitely be returning to Rockingham Toyota for any future car purchases. We went there on Sunday to look for a newer Prius. Bob was very friendly and helpful. We told him right away that we were willing to make a deal and told him what our bottom line was. The only negative thing I have to say is that it takes too long! We were there for over 2 and a half hours - mostly waiting for the business person who was going back and forth across the street to close other deals. I would think the weekends would be the busiest, so it would be a suggestion to have 2 business people working on the weekends. More

My entire car buying experience was positive. The test drive was great, and Bob Stabile explained the car's features in detail. We were very pleased with Colin and will ask for him the next time we are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Tom Pare the sales manager was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Colin, Tom and George made buying a car from Rockingham very easy and pleasurable. Toyota is very lucky to have all three. I appreciated Susan taking the time to go over the options of the car, especially the GPS, and even provide her cell phone in case I had any questions. I appreciated Eric keeping up communication as the process moved along, so that I knew the timeline I was working with. I also appreciated George going over the finacial details, and explaining what additional options I could consider, but was not pressured to purchase. My car was towed into the dealership on Feb 10 and thankfully they were open late on that night. The service representative and manager were patient and kind as I explained the thumping noise coming thankfully they were open late on that night. The service representative and manager were patient and kind as I explained the thumping noise coming from the front of my car, a car I have had for nearly 9 years. They explained the process of determining the cause and the cost associated with diagnosing it. They calmed my fears and assured me they would make my car safe to drive, or hold it for repairs if needed. I was then given a tour of the waiting areas and handed over to Jay, one of the sales men. Jay brought me in, listened to my concerns and also my wants/desires of the next vehicle I would purchase. I was particularly delighted that he did not push me into a new vehicle and agreed to call me if he found something that met my specifications. The service manager checked in with me to explain the cause of the thumping - a loose tire due to the lug nuts shaking free. He told me the work they would do and let me know they would also ensure the rest of the car was safe. Jay spoke to me a while longer and then I went to the service desk to pay. I was given diagnostics on the overall condition of my car and estimates on what it would cost prior to the next inspection. I was so relieved to be leaving in my own car! These men were incredible - kind, understanding, well informed and specific in their explanations. I felt as though they cared not only about my predicament in coming in, but also that I feel safe going home. The whole atmosphere at Rockingham Toyota had a family feel to it. Warm waiting areas in separate sections, and very friendly staff. I recommend buying, servicing and working with this dealership. More
