Final pricing was quickly agreed apon with the General Sales Manager (without undue angst), and financing was effortlessly arranged, with terms clearly explained, by a Business Manager. Delivery of the requested vehicle was done in a resonable time frame, and the final signings and closing took little time. Overall, an excellant experience, and we would (and will) recommend this dealership to others. More

This was a fantastic experience! We purchased a prius from Jay in 2009. After the birth of our second child we needed a larger vehicle and returned again to work with Jay because it was such a positive e from Jay in 2009. Jay recognized us when we entered the building and greeted us right away. We explained our needs and Jay took the time to explain our options. He didn't pressure us into purchasing anything that we didn't need, but listened to us carefully and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Despite the fact that the dealership was closed for the evening by this point, Jay, George and Eric took plenty of time to work with us to be sure that we were comfortable with the financial side of the transaction. No one made us feel rushed or pressured us to hurry our decision so that they could get home earlier. In the time between coming to an agreement and our taking delivery of the vehicle we were kept in the loop about where we were in the process every step of the way. Delivery can sometimes be a ridiculously frustrating experience in the car buying process. It can often mar the entire memory of something exciting, but everything was quick and easy. We finalized all of the paperwork, transferred our registration and drove away in our new car within about an hour. We will definitely be returning to Rockingham Toyota for any future car purchases. We went there on Sunday to look for a newer Prius. Bob was very friendly and helpful. We told him right away that we were willing to make a deal and told him what our bottom line was. The only negative thing I have to say is that it takes too long! We were there for over 2 and a half hours - mostly waiting for the business person who was going back and forth across the street to close other deals. I would think the weekends would be the busiest, so it would be a suggestion to have 2 business people working on the weekends. More

The staff was very accommodating and I never felt pressured to make the purchase. I bought a 2011 Rav4 from dealer stock, and I've been very pleased with it thus far (about a month). Tell them what you want, they come back with fair price, no further games, etc. This is the 4th vehicle I have leased from Rockingham over the past several years. I have dealt with different sales consultants, sales & business managers during that time, and each time, the experience was the same...........professional, fair, and enjoyable. It's where I'll be leasing my 5th vehicle!! More

We were very pleased with Colin and will ask for him the next time we are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Tom Pare the sales manager was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Colin, Tom and George made buying a car from Rockingham very easy and pleasurable. Toyota is very lucky to have all three. I appreciated Susan taking the time to go over the options of the car, especially the GPS, and even provide her cell phone in case I had any questions. I appreciated Eric keeping up communication as the process moved along, so that I knew the timeline I was working with. I also appreciated George going over the finacial details, and explaining what additional options I could consider, but was not pressured to purchase. I also appreciated Nick coming back to the dealership after he had just left, since I stopped by without calling in advance and he did not know I was coming. More
