After several very, very bad experiences at another (Mass.) Toyota dealership I visited Rockingham Toyota. Immediately I was greeted in a friendly manner and with no pushy sales tactics. Within one w (Mass.) Toyota dealership I visited Rockingham Toyota. Immediately I was greeted in a friendly manner and with no pushy sales tactics. Within one week I was in my brand new Venza. I was introduced to the entire team there and truly felt respected and appreciated. My sales person was kind and thoughtful, and fortunately for me not the fast talking, in your face "car salesman" type...be honest...we've all met them. It was the most positive car buying experience I have ever had, this being my 5th Toyota purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have not had experience with their service department as of yet, but am hopeful that will go as smoothly. Thank you Rockingham Toyota! And one last thing..bigger dealerships does not mean better anything! You're just a little no name fish in a huge pond! More

We have purchased many new vehicles over the years and none of the other dealers even come close to the Service we just received today from Rockingham Toyota. I started out dealing with Tom Pare who is a none of the other dealers even come close to the Service we just received today from Rockingham Toyota. He took his time, we test drove a couple of vehicles, he answered many questions and within a short period of time we were in the new vehicle. Eric, Jay and Eddie, you guys are great!!! We fealt NO pressure what so ever, something other dealers should learn from you guys. When it came to signing all the paperwork, Eddie you were on point. We were in and out, something I personally can't stand doing, you go to a dealer, you hang around for hours !!! Not Rockingham Toyota, we called Tom and asked if the and paperwork was ready, he said yes and when we got there the car was out front and the paperwork was ready. I think this is our 5th Toyota, the 6th Toyota will also be purchased at Rockingham Toyota, thank you again guys. It was certainly worth the trip. More

I looked online, researched through Consumer Reports, and went to two dealerships to get the best price. When I decided to go with Jay at Rockingham, I called the other dealership to let them know. The nex went to two dealerships to get the best price. When I decided to go with Jay at Rockingham, I called the other dealership to let them know. The next day they sent an email and left a voicemail stating they would give me $2000 more for my trade than Rockingham. I called Eric at Rockingham and told him, giving him the chance to match the offer. He stated that he understood that I needed to make the best deal possible but that he couldnt see how the other dealer could give me $2000 more for my trade. He said that he was sad to lose my business, but that he understood and wished me the best. I then called the other dealer and that sales manager told me that the person who wanted my trade was gone and he could no longer offer me the extra $2000. I said thanks anyways and called Eric back (with my tail between my legs). He was very professional and said that we could resume the deal that we had made. I was treated very well by both Jay and Eric and received a very fair deal. I would recommend Jay, Eric, Eddie and Rockingham Toyota if you are in the market for a car. More
