I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna from Rockingham Toyota. The salesman I worked with (Jay Enright) was a easy-going and informative, not pushy or slick; he was the antithesis of the stereotypical car Toyota. He didn't try to push me into a vehicle or an option package I didn't want. I believe I got an excellent deal on my new Sienna and on my trade. When I picked-up my vehicle, Jay took more time to orient me to the van and to answer all my questions. Overall, my car-buying experience at Rockingham was excellent. After several very, very bad experiences at another (Mass.) Toyota dealership I visited Rockingham Toyota. Immediately I was greeted in a friendly manner and with no pushy sales tactics. Within one w (Mass.) Toyota dealership I visited Rockingham Toyota. Immediately I was greeted in a friendly manner and with no pushy sales tactics. Within one week I was in my brand new Venza. I was introduced to the entire team there and truly felt respected and appreciated. My sales person was kind and thoughtful, and fortunately for me not the fast talking, in your face "car salesman" type...be honest...we've all met them. It was the most positive car buying experience I have ever had, this being my 5th Toyota purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have not had experience with their service department as of yet, but am hopeful that will go as smoothly. Thank you Rockingham Toyota!
