We bought the Rav-4 and have been very happy with it. We had the unfortunate problem of a breakdown and it needed to be towed back to the dealer on a Sunday morning. The business manager Eddie met me at the door and made my problem his. They set us up with a loaner car and took the info needed to see the service manager in the morning. They got the problem resolved and also took care of a recall, oil change and tire rotation and state inspection even though this was unplanned work and they were full in the shop. The tow bar cover fell off while being towed, and the service manager ordered one to be painted and installed at no expense to me. While our day at the beach was ruined, the outcome of the car situation was made almost painless by the way they treated us at Toyota. The service department is really the reason I have been a loyal customer. Anyone can sell a car, but the service at this dealership has always been 2nd to none. More

The salesman I worked with (Jay Enright) was a easy-going and informative, not pushy or slick; he was the antithesis of the stereotypical car Toyota.
