I decided to try Rockingham Toyota, Salem, NH because of the location = "Best Move I Ever Made"! From the front door and right back to Service, it was the 'Red Carpet' treatment all the way. The customer service from Timmy was outstanding then working with Mark, having the patience for me to understand what was happening & why, made the upsetting event work out so smoothly. It now runs, drives and handles great. Every concern was resolved right on the spot. We own two cars because we need two cars. Being without a car is a major problem for us and Rockingham Toyota Service was sensitive to this and got our car fixed and back into our hands as quickly as possible. We are very happy and will be back. More

Tim is EXCELLENT! He took a fair amount of time with me to bring me out to my vehicle to explain what was happening and why. I got my SUV detailed inside and out & it looks fantastic! Tim was exceptionally friendly & helpful.
