Eric Campbell,general sales manager, was direct and extremely knowledgeable and answered several questions I had directly. He also had a great tie that would have gone well with my suit. Eddie Najeelaha and George in finance kept thing on tract with minimal delays about financing and provided answers to all the insurance questions and registration questions that I had. Tim is EXCELLENT! He took a fair amount of time with me to bring me out to my vehicle to explain what was happening and why. He also was able to make recommendations as to what could be done to fix the pro to bring me out to my vehicle to explain what was happening and why. I got my SUV detailed inside and out & it looks fantastic! Tim was exceptionally friendly & helpful. We bought the Rav-4 and have been very happy with it. We had the unfortunate problem of a breakdown and it needed to be towed back to the dealer on a Sunday morning. The business manager Eddie met me at the door and made my problem his. They set us up with a loaner car and took the info needed to see the service manager in the morning. They got the problem resolved and also took care of a recall, oil change and tire rotation and state inspection even though this was unplanned work and they were full in the shop. The tow bar cover fell off while being towed, and the service manager ordered one to be painted and installed at no expense to me. While our day at the beach was ruined, the outcome of the car situation was made almost painless by the way they treated us at Toyota. The service department is really the reason I have been a loyal customer. Anyone can sell a car, but the service at this dealership has always been 2nd to none. More

On both occasions, I was very satisfied with the overall knowledge and courtesy of the Service staff. Prior to the service, they addressed what would be done (55K miles) and did just as they said as well as courtesy inspection. Additionally,as a Senior, I received a 10% discount.
