I had jsut purchased a rear wiper arm and the existing bolt was frozen in place. I brought it back within the hour of trying to replace myself and they took my right in, explained what was wrong and did bolt was frozen in place. I had the KBB information for my trade as well as fair market price on the vehicle from what other people in my area were paying. They gave me both, no haggling required! I decided to try Rockingham Toyota, Salem, NH because of the location = "Best Move I Ever Made"! From the front door and right back to Service, it was the 'Red Carpet' treatment all the way.
