I had jsut purchased a rear wiper arm and the existing bolt was frozen in place. I brought it back within the hour of trying to replace myself and they took my right in, explained what was wrong and did bolt was frozen in place. My o8 Avalon lost the high beams and driving lights. Although this was not a warranty item, there was a TSB on the problem.
