I had jsut purchased a rear wiper arm and the existing bolt was frozen in place. I brought it back within the hour of trying to replace myself and they took my right in, explained what was wrong and did bolt was frozen in place. My o8 Avalon lost the high beams and driving lights. Although this was not a warranty item, there was a TSB on the problem. The whole process was seamless and felt like I was talking to real people (not sleazy salesmen). They answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I came into the dealership having a bad taste in my mouth from an experience at Ira in Danvers (who is horrible, don’t ever go there). I had the KBB information for my trade as well as fair market price on the vehicle from what other people in my area were paying. They gave me both, no haggling required! The offered me some add-ons but with no pressure what so ever. I would highly recommend them and will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the next month or so. We are very pleased. More

I was just beginning the process of buying a new car and was not sure what I wanted to buy. Jay did not pressure me at all. He introduced me to Tom Pare who did not pressue me either. After that day, I visited two other dealerships. I wanted my husband to look at the cars so he called the dealership. Jay was on vacation so I insisted that we wait until he returned. Jay called as soon as he returend to work. My husband went in to continue our search for a new car. We finally made our decision to go with the Toyota. I am very pleased and impressed with the respect and consideration shown to my husband and me during the process. Jay is to be commended for his excellent skills as a salesperson, his communication skills and his down to earth personality. I will definitely recommend him to friends and I when I am ready I will buy another car from Jay. More

I decided to try Rockingham Toyota, Salem, NH because of the location = "Best Move I Ever Made"! From the front door and right back to Service, it was the 'Red Carpet' treatment all the way. The customer service from Timmy was outstanding then working with Mark, having the patience for me to understand what was happening & why, made the upsetting event work out so smoothly. It now runs, drives and handles great. Every concern was resolved right on the spot. We own two cars because we need two cars. Being without a car is a major problem for us and Rockingham Toyota Service was sensitive to this and got our car fixed and back into our hands as quickly as possible. We are very happy and will be back. More
