We like to hear from our customers even when it is negative because there are always areas we can improve on. This was what is known as a “spot delivery” in the automotive industry - When a customer wishes to take home a new car on the same day. There are a number of steps the buyer and the vehicle need to go through before that customer can drive it home. Unfortunately, there are steps that take some time (bank approval, insurance binder, etc.). In addition, we feel we go above and beyond by hand washing and waxing every vehicle that is delivered. The time will often vary. We did however; look at areas where we can streamline the spot delivery process. We really appreciate the feedback.
