I needed a ride back to the dealership once my car underwent very expensive repairs that took longer than anticipated. So when you go into a dealership, you stand defensive. From the moment I walked into Rockingham Toyota, I could sense something different. After talking to Nelson Pena about the vehicle I was interested in, I was introduced to Mark Smith the General Manager. His mannerisms and common sense talking made me feel so comfortable. I bought my used RAV4 from a Nissan dealer and purchased the extended warranty. Needless to say, Nissan's are fixed differently than Toyota's. When I had a problem and needed a warranty repair, Matt worke the extended warranty. Needless to say, Nissan's are fixed differently than Toyota's. When I had a problem and needed a warranty repair, Matt worked with me and the warranty company to ensure my vehicle was fixed correctly. He kept in communication with me through the entire process. Experience with Jay Enright- I met Jay upon visiting this dealership with a great intent and interest to purchase a 2012 Scion XD. I currently own a 2009 Scion XD, but was interested in researching, viewing, test driving, and experiencing the latest models. Jay approached me within the dealership and was very patient, professional, helpfull, informative, and has a great sense of humor. His true intention is to listen and to seek out the qualities, options, amenities, or function of the vehicle you wish to purchase. He never used excessive sales tactics, excessive pressure, or did anything beyond his experience and professional sense of self. I am going to hold onto my current car for longer, but the moment I am more financially available to buy the latest model, I have already informed Jay that he will and is going to be my salesman. It is not quite often that I form such good rapport with someone that I will only request that person, of all the wonderful salespeople they have on staff. To be fair to his efforts, I will see him in the future for the vehicle of my choice and would recommend that anyone going there asks for Jay, or just about anyone on staff in sales there. I have yet to have a bad experience in conversing with the salespeople, they are all polite, kind, and talkative. Tim Johnson- Of all the staff members within the service department, I seem to come in contact with Timmy the most. I have had a legendary experience with each and every service adviser, but without showing a preference for one over the other, I end up receiving the most customer services experiences through Timmy. Timmy not only calls you back within a reasonable amount of time, is polite, friendly, professional, and is always willing to "go the extra mile" to satisfy his service customers. Mark Dickerson- Mark is an easy going, but friendly and helpful service manager. His sense of professionalism and character truly makes it an enjoyable experience when conversing with him about my automotive needs. More

I selected the very first car I test drove. It took these people over 3 1/2 hours to process the simple paperwork. Have bought numerous cars in the past. After having paid close attention to recent TV ads and the recommendations of family and friends, I ventured into Rockingham Toyota. From the outset i was welcomed and put at ease. If I were to tell you the two things that impressed me the most, they would be 1) low pressure and 2) high professionalism. Jay Enright embodies these qualities. We talked about my current driving habits and what I was looking for in a new car. Jay suggested the Toyota Corolla LE. I test drove it and found it to be a perfect match. I was delighted with the 0% financing and the reasonable trade in allowance. Eddie Najeeullah patiently explained every detail of the financial process as well as the various warranties. Again, no pressure and great professionalism. Tom Pare "sealed the deal" and voiced (justifiably) his high regard for Jay and Eddie. I am delighted with today's experience. Having read what follows, let me say that I trust this dealership, but I appreciate having had a few hours to mull over my remarks. More
