This was not a planned expenditure for our family and it was one that I was concerned with making. Frank from the finance department also made things easy. He was a pleasure to work with and closed the deal 15 minutes before 5:00 pm. Jennifer had the vehicle already picked out and waiting for us at our 4 pm appointment. A beautiful Rav 4 with low miles . It is perfect. This is my first Toyota.And it will not be my last. Thank you Jen & Rockingham Toyota for such an incredible easy experience. More
