I found the staff friendly, competent and efficient. Jennifer was professional, but not at all "pushy"! My husband and I just purchased a new Prius from Rockingham Toyota. After visiting several other dealers and finding them kind of pushy and not very friendly, we stopped at Rockingham Toyota. It was closing time and Markus Wait, the manager, let us in and spent time explaining the different models to us. We were so impressed with Markus that we returned the next day. Markus turned us over to Jennifer Lilly, who turned out to be the best salesperson we ever dealt with. Jennifer took the time to help us decide on the best car for us and them got it for us at reasonable price with good financing terms. She is very sincere and was there to help us from the time we met. Her commitment to her customers don't stop after they drove off in their new cars.
