On a trip to visit friends in MA I noticed several problems with the way our car was driving. We arrived on a Sat afternoon and were planning to stay the night, but I had no interest in driving 3+ hou problems with the way our car was driving. We arrived on a Sat afternoon and were planning to stay the night, but I had no interest in driving 3+ hours back home the next day w/o getting the car looked at. My friend, also a Toyota owner, said there was a dealer close by, but that he recommended Rockingham a bit farther away. We arrived at the facility about 3:30 with no appt, explained my situation and they indicated they would fit my car in prior to their 5pm close. 15 minutes later I took a ride with one of their service people, explained what was going on and handed off my car. My friend and I walked next door for coffee and I promptly got photos of a piece of metal that had lodged in one of my tires and a description of a dashboard problem I was having. I authorized Tim to replace my 2 rear tires if required, but when I returned 45 minutes later he told me they were able to patch it and charged me only $20 for this work and diagnosis, but not repair of another problem I was able to fix when I return to CT. The guys were extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. I rarely review businesses, but my experience here was noteworthy. Thank you guys. More
