I was a little nervous when I started looking for a car but as soon as Edwin walked over to my mom and I he made everyth the salesman Edwin Santiago. He was super attentive and knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for, he even took the time to make a personal video explaining every button and gadget in my car, and it has MANY since it’s a hybrid RAV4 lol so I really appreciated that. I honestly couldn’t be happier with this purchase, and am super grateful he helped us along the way and continues to help us as I tend to have a new question for him every other week haha.
