I came to this dealership reluctant as I have in the past to other dealerships. Purchasing a new vehicle has always been an awkward and stressful experience for me. My initial email offer was responded to within 24 hours, my offer was accepted, and my experience just got better and better until the deal was finalized, and I was able to roll out of the parking lot with my new wheels. The personnel I dealt with through this process were absolutely delightful and accommodating. I'm not used to that at auto dealerships. There was a cosmetic issue with the vehicle I had purchased, which was quickly addressed and remedied. Customer service really seems to be a priority here; and I will, without a doubt, return here for my next purchase. The RAV4 (2013) I purchased was a high end trim vehicle and compares nicely in many ways to my previous Lexus RX350. Financing was easy thanks to my being able to use DCU in their "cuddle" arrangement with that credit union. I'm only sorry I haven't bought past cars here in the past. My step son bought a Honda Pilot from their companion dealership one week later. Highly recommend. More
