After searching the web and liking what I say about the Toyota Venza, I decided to test drive one. The Sales Manager turned me over to Jen Lilly, and the results were all I could hope for. After a test drive, and after answering all my questions, Jen went to bat with her manager and got me the deal I was looking for. This is was my first Toyota, and it will not be my last. My wife had mudguards, door edge guards, and body side moldings installed on our new 2013 Toyota RAV4. When she brought the RAV4 home, I noticed scratches all over the rear passenger door - right above wh moldings installed on our new 2013 Toyota RAV4. When she brought the RAV4 home, I noticed scratches all over the rear passenger door - right above where the body side molding was installed by Rockingham Toyota. Then I noticed marks all over the door edge guard installed on the front passenger side door. These marks were permanent and did not come off. It appears to of been left there from whatever tool they may have used to install the door edge guard. My wife returned to Rockingham Toyota to have the scratches removed and the door edge guard replaced. When she came home with the RAV4, I noticed that the scratches were still present on the door and the door edge guard still had the marks all over it. I am extremely upset with Rockingham Toyota, considering we spent nearly $600 for these accessories. More

We went to Rockingham Toyota to look for a new vehicle because my 10-year-old SUV was on it's way out! We entered into the back showroom and was promptly greeted and escorted to the car showroom. Rob introduced us to Jenn who proceeded to ask us what we would be interested in looking at/test driving etc. We discussed our options of purchasing over leasing and we had never considered leasing before. She answered all of our questions and then some. She then went to locate the Rav4 I wanted to test drive and before we drove away she introduced me to the car and all the great features. I felt very comfortable test driving the Rav4 and Jenn was such a great pleasure to work with. Between her and Rob, we worked out pricing that was in our range and picked up our new 2013 Rav4 the very next day! Again - the service Jenn gave us was extraordinary! She made sure the tank was full and she made sure I knew how all the buttons inside worded as well. I love my Rav4 and tell everyone if they need a new car.....go to Rockingham Toyota!! More

Chris was a pleasure to deal with. Chris not only answered every question that couldn't be answered directly from my sales rep, he went above and beyond as far as his customer service skills. I have bought plenty of cars in my life and I must say this was the first dealership that I didn't feel like I was being bombarded and that was a very nice change. I had questions regarding my trade off, different options that were and weren't available to the Toyota Versa I purchased and I never felt the pressure of a hard negotiation. I found one problem with the vehicle and Chris handled it promptly and without hesitation. I have already recommended Chris and Rockingham Toyota to two other people and plan on advising a third. I think even if I didn't buy from Chris and Sarah that it was still a good experience. I highly recommended anyone giving this dealership a try based on the people I met there especially Chris. I came to this dealership reluctant as I have in the past to other dealerships. Purchasing a new vehicle has always been an awkward and stressful experience for me. My initial email offer was responded to wi to other dealerships. Purchasing a new vehicle has always been an awkward and stressful experience for me. My initial email offer was responded to within 24 hours, my offer was accepted, and my experience just got better and better until the deal was finalized, and I was able to roll out of the parking lot with my new wheels. The personnel I dealt with through this process were absolutely delightful and accommodating. I'm not used to that at auto dealerships. There was a cosmetic issue with the vehicle I had purchased, which was quickly addressed and remedied. Customer service really seems to be a priority here; and I will, without a doubt, return here for my next purchase. It isn't the closest Toyota dealer for me, but they are well worth the few extra miles. I would highly recommend Rockingham Toyota in Salem, NH to family, friends, and even strangers! More
