This is a review that must be shared! I am a owner of a 2011 Toyota Camry. The mileage is minimal, when on a day 2-3 weeks ago now I experienced a sudden change in the running of the car. It was on a Sunda 2011 Toyota Camry. The mileage is minimal, when on a day 2-3 weeks ago now I experienced a sudden change in the running of the car. It was on a Sunday that I chose to show up at the dealership to just report my situation and perhaps be told to drop it off on Monday. As I walked in to the show room and saw Terry a manager in I told why I showed up and he Immediately brought me to a manager Art and had him take me for a ride in the vehicle. We went less than a mile and the salesman said "You will not be going home in this car today" You would break down and be stuck". After returning back the manager Terry was informed of the situation and had a rental car made available for me, which turned out to be a major, timely task for them. With NO exaggeration the personal jumped through hoops to bring every thing to fruition for me. As was told to me later the person who coordinated the rental was Emmett the owner!!!! As stated earlier no stone was left un-turned to help me. My car had a malfunction of a fluke basis and was fixed in a major way, while I will not state the problem, please know that the attention from the first moment I walked in, to the day I picked up my car I was blown away!, I have incredible gratitude to the persons who played a part and to the dealership as a whole. Also please know that this generosity I was partied to will forever be one of the most special encounters I have had thus far in my life. I hope this review will be read by many. There is a saying that some person or some groups STANDS OUT IN A CROWED, well this whole dealership stands the tallest to me. Most thankful, Susan D. More

I found this car by going on the Bestride site. I was looking for a 2007-2008 FJ Crusier. This hit my eye right away as it looked clean and had low miles. I filled out the form with my name and telephone number and was contacted within minutes by Craig Vacca. I was impressed by the quick response. He was very personable and made me want to see this vehicle. He made an appointment for me to see Bob Copley the very next morning, which was Sunday. As soon as I pulled into the lot, I was warmly greeted by Jennifer. She introduced me to Bob Copley who showed me the car went for a test drive. I liked the car, made an offer then made a deal with the contingincy that 2-3 matters had to be attended to. One of which was the previous owner was a smoker and the car reeked of tobacco. He told me he would return my deposit if the could not fix the problem to my satisfaction. Needless to say, it was done and Bob went above and beyond what was asked of him. Brandi, who took care of the paperwork was very through and personable. All in all I would give this dealership a five star rating and would recommend them to anyone. Although the price of the car was a little over our budget, the staff and service made-up for the matter. The staff was friendly and patient, explained the process thoroughly.
