I have dealt with this dealership for the past 7 years and been very satisfied with them. I had been in the market to replace my Toyota Tundra and thought I was sold on a Honda CR-V. Jennifer was well informed, very friendly without pressuring me in any way, followed up with answers to all my questions, and helped me to get a very good deal on my new-to-me Venza. I had taken my 2008 Highlander to Rockingham Toyota since moving to a city nearer to the NH border 2 years ago. Always impressed with the service department. Jennifer Lilly was very well informed and explained all aspects of the 2013 RAV 4 Limited to me. It took a week to find it with the exact add ons I was looking for, but I do love my new car. Jen made a notoriously difficult car buying experience, especially for a woman, into a very pleasant one. The sales manager, Rob, offered me a great deal, and the financial guy (sorry, but forgot his name), did ask about additional add-on service warranties, etc., but no pressure was exerted on me to purchase any of these.. I would highly recommend Jen and this dealership. More

I originally went to Service to price out my 90,000 check-up on my 2006 RAV4. Seeing I was there I went to the showroom to check on the new and updated RAV4 where I made eye contact with Carl Beckford. check-up on my 2006 RAV4. He came over and we chatted and he offered to have me test drive a RAV4 Limited. Once I did that I asked about how much of a trade I would get on my "06. Well...... I left there 95% sure I was going to puchase and new car and returned two hours later with a deposit. Carl informed me of all the features of the 14 model compared to my 06 model and spoke with me with respect and more importantly honesty. I never smile and laugh when thinking about purchasing a new vehicle bu Carl had me doing both. He represents Rockinghom Toyota in a very positive manner. I can honestly say "thank you Carl." More

I was in the market for a new Toyota and visited many dealerships. I went in on a Saturday after the dealership was closed to take a look at cars and hoping that I could look at various models with my w dealerships. Rockingham was closed for about an hour but Bob Copley was in the lot so i figured I would tell him what I was looking for and maybe he would show us a few features of the new Avalon Hybrid. He was great - no pressure just honest facts about the various models. My wife and I were impressed and a couple day's later met with him and his sales manager and we reached a deal in about 2 minutes. They didn't have the exact color I wanted so Bob went up the next day and picked one up about 150miles from the dealership for me. I couldn't be happier and have nothing but postitives about the experience. More
