I entered the parking lot to lQQk for a 2008 Prius that I saw online. I was on the service side of the dealership so I was not greeted right away, but once I made my way towards the showroom side I was imm I saw online. He offered me refreshments & some pizza that was available. I explained that I saw the car online & wanted to check it out. He got the keys brought it around & proceeded to tell me all about this car. I was impressed by his extensive product knowledge. He then got a plate & we went for a test drive. he brought me on a route that showed me what this car can do in all situation( hwy. city, traffic etc.). After the test drive he introduced me to the finance person. I explained I was not ready for him yet & was not pressured to fill out the credit app. Bob & I talked a little more a agreed that I would call him the next day. The next day I told Bob I would bring my trade in on Fri to see what we could do to make a deal. Over that week I did research on the Prius & other ones available in the area. I had to contact Bob with questions during this time & he answered them all for me no problem. I drove two other Prius' at other dealers(neither a Toyota dealer). I had it down to a 2010 I saw at Merchants & the 2008 at Rockingham. Something just didn't feel right with the 2010 so I decided to head back to Rockingham with my trade. Bob did call me that morning to make sure I was still coming down. After explaining what the deal I was getting on the 2010 at Merchants Bob & crew went to work & after I drove the car 1 more time I was reassured that this was the car for me. Upon returning to the dealership I was surprised to learn that the finance person had gotten me a great interest rate( as my credit score was not A+). They were also able to send me home with the car that day even though I did not have the title to my trade with me & it was late in the day. I had to return to the dealership the following Tuesday to bring the title & pick up some floor mats I was promised. Bob was in a meeting & I ran into Jennifer Lilly who took my title, found my floor mats for me & answered the questions I had about the car(her product knowledge was exceptional as well). Bob did run into me & made it a point to say hi & make sure I was all set. I am extremely happy with my car & this dealership. I will be recommending Bob to friends & family. More

I emailed to check on the price of a Prius listed online. I guess there was a lot of interest in this due too the low mileage and year. Someone beat me to the deal, but I guess it fell thru. Jennifer Lilly called ahead and told us what to bring, as we are from Western Mass and we were buying a car in New Hampshire. Everything was as advertised, got great service from Jennifer and Terry. After searching the web and liking what I say about the Toyota Venza, I decided to test drive one. The Sales Manager turned me over to Jen Lilly, and the results were all I could hope for. My wife had mudguards, door edge guards, and body side moldings installed on our new 2013 Toyota RAV4. When she brought the RAV4 home, I noticed scratches all over the rear passenger door - right above wh moldings installed on our new 2013 Toyota RAV4. When she brought the RAV4 home, I noticed scratches all over the rear passenger door - right above where the body side molding was installed by Rockingham Toyota. Then I noticed marks all over the door edge guard installed on the front passenger side door. These marks were permanent and did not come off. It appears to of been left there from whatever tool they may have used to install the door edge guard. My wife returned to Rockingham Toyota to have the scratches removed and the door edge guard replaced. When she came home with the RAV4, I noticed that the scratches were still present on the door and the door edge guard still had the marks all over it. I am extremely upset with Rockingham Toyota, considering we spent nearly $600 for these accessories. More
