I was very pleased with everyone at the dealership and would recommend them to family and friends. I did not realize that the car I was interested was a demo until a relative pointed it out the mileage t would recommend them to family and friends. I had taken my 2008 Highlander to Rockingham Toyota since moving to a city nearer to the NH border 2 years ago. Always impressed with the service department. Jennifer Lilly was very well informed and explained all aspects of the 2013 RAV 4 Limited to me. It took a week to find it with the exact add ons I was looking for, but I do love my new car. Jen made a notoriously difficult car buying experience, especially for a woman, into a very pleasant one. The sales manager, Rob, offered me a great deal, and the financial guy (sorry, but forgot his name), did ask about additional add-on service warranties, etc., but no pressure was exerted on me to purchase any of these.. I would highly recommend Jen and this dealership. More
