Jennifer Lilly took us from the beginning to end. She explained everything about the vehicle including the financing and the vehicle's reliability history. Once we purchased our 2011 Toyota Sienna she took over an hour explaining all the little details. She even took the time to program our phones into the Blue Tooth. Everything about our experience at Rockingham Toyota was top shelf. Terry Wong took extra time with us explaining all the financing options as well as the vehicle options. We opted for the extended warranty after listening to his explanation. When we are in need of another vehicle we will definitely return to this dealership. I was very pleased with everyone at the dealership and would recommend them to family and friends. I did not realize that the car I was interested was a demo until a relative pointed it out the mileage t would recommend them to family and friends. I did not realize that the car I was interested was a demo until a relative pointed it out the mileage to me, however, the dealership made good by me by taking more off the purchase price and tossing in the all weather mats.
