Arranged a Internet price quote from their online sales representative. Was told vehicle was on lot ready to go. My wife brought in our vehicle for trade and was presented a demo vehicle with 4000 miles representative. Was told vehicle was on lot ready to go. When questioned about the miles and why not disclosed the response was oh well still considered new. After talking with my wife about her experience I decided to add it. The salesman pressed her to sign the deal stating it was the best deal to be had. When she questioned the written price and asked salesman to call me to confirm he stated "I do not do phone sales". My wife was uncomfortable in this dealership alone with the kids and decided to leave. After my review of the dealership work sheet for quote I found a 500.00 math error in their favor. More

I went to Rockingham Toyota as I had considered leasing and this dealership was recommended by a friend. I was greeted by Bob Copley he was very helpful.
