I stopped in at the Rockingham Toyota to look at the Rav4. I travel to Boston every night and need a dependable car. Trevor asked what I was looking for in a car and I gave him my expectations. I have had several experiences purchasing both new and used with Christina. I found her to be both knowledgable about the product and extremely helpful. She made me feel comfortable with her, which we a used with Christina. I found her to be both knowledgable about the product and extremely helpful. She was concerned not only with my price point, but also that I ultimately ended up in a vehicle that was right for me. Christina catered to my schedule, and I never felt as though there was the typical back and forth I usually experience when spending this amount of money. My comfort with her and trust in her experience has made buying a vehicle from her a "no-brainer" for me. I intend to use her services in the future and have referred several friends to her that have had similar experiences. I told him what I wanted in a new car and he showed me exactly that, nothing over, nothing below. He knew where I came from and where I wanted to be. I bought the car I test drove. The vehicle sat in the shop over night with a voltage draw on the battery without the key in the ignition and when everyone resumed work the next morning, the voltage drop had dissapeared..
