He even set up the first 5,000 mile/6 month service appointment for us. He also added that we could call him up at any time if we had questions about operating our new Corolla. All in all, I would state that this dealership provided the best service of any that I have ever dealt with in the past, including Rockingham Honda. I received a very competitive proce right away. There was never any pressure to buy. Mr. Copley went out of his way to service us with quick , upfront responses. There were no hidden charges. A suitable model was available at the dealership at that time, but I did not move quickly enough and I missed out on it. Several alternatives were offered,but not exactly what I had in mind. Rick and Rob went to work and located a unit in Maine. Rick actually drove there,picked up the vehicle and had it ready for delivery the next day. Rick was always helpful when questions arose and the his after sales followup was outstanding. My new car experience with him and the entire sales staff was one of the best ever for me. More

He tried to get everything ready for us so we could pick the car up within a few days as my daughter had a tight schedule between college and work. He even offered to come in on his day off for us.
