Our experience with Jennifer Lilly was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend her as a car salesperson to EVERYONE we know. We felt she was the most knowledgeable salesperson we have EVER dealt with and w would highly recommend her as a car salesperson to EVERYONE we know. When we returned to the dealership to test drive the car for the 2nd time, she knew when we were coming and had the car warmed up and ready to go --- this is just one example of this. In addition, the dealership had a delay in receiving the body side moldings because of snow storms so there was a delay in picking-up my car. Because I was trading in my car the registration had already be switched so Jennifer gave me a ride home. We were also pleased to work with Chris. He made everything very easy and pleasant. In addition to the trade of the Honda CRV, he also agreed to put seat warmers in my husband's Toyota Tundra. (When I had to drop the truck off Jennifer again gave me a ride home as my car was not ready!) Chris was very friendly, and honest ---- something we have never had the opportunity to experience from the finance people at car dealerships! With all this being said, we had a favorite car salesman at another Toyota dealership who we had bought 2 cars from and by chance decided to take a look at Rockingham Toyota when we met Jennifer. She has now become our FAVORITE salesperson and we would definitely buy from her again. I have told everyone I know to go see her the next time they are in the market for a car. My husband and I think you have a very valuable employee in her! I LOVE my Venza which I just picked up yesterday and would feel very comfortable calling Jennifer if I had any questions. I was going to be buying a car in the last week of December 2013 and when I walked into the Rockingham Toyota dealership I instantly felt comfortable conducting my business there. The first person was Chris the SM who referred me to Nelson Pena who is a solid individual, very good product knowledge and if I had a question that needed to go above him he was very prompt in getting me a answer. I spoke and worked with all three managers Jeremy, Chris, and Robert. Jeremy worked with Nelson and I to finish the deal up. But in the process I spoke to all of them and hey were very helpful to me and you can see how good they work with the sales team. That is probably the reason it is like a team on the floor not all individual players. A good example of this was I was picking up my new car this evening and when taking off my plates the front one needed a Philips screwdriver and Nelson had to run in to look for one and he asked a women sales person and she ran in and got a screwdriver and took it off for us. That was very nice and a time saving. I guess from this I will return and refer my friends. Thank you Rockingham team for a good experience. More

Jen Lilly was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. We originally submitted a request online and had several dealerships come back with prices. Jen said she would beat any price we got, so after going to two other dealerships and being unsatisfied with the amount they were willing to give us for our trade we called Jen. She was able to match the price from the other dealer (Jaffarian) and get us the price we wanted for our trade in. Rockingham didn't have the color we wanted so it had to come from another dealership, and even with that delay we still got our new car in less than week. Jen and the other staff we worked with (Jon Patrick) made the whole car buying process very easy and stress free. More
