When I purchase a new car I expect to have the car fully charged, especially after the Sales Manager told me it would be done. Needless to say that didn’t happen and the clock wasn’t set either; it was set charged, especially after the Sales Manager told me it would be done. Canobie Lake Toyota Salem NH is the best dealership I have experienced.. today I had the oil change at 5000 miles for my new 2025 Toyota Corolla XSE which I also purchased here.. Johley the service repre have experienced.. today I had the oil change at 5000 miles for my new 2025 Toyota Corolla XSE which I also purchased here.. Johley the service representative who worked with me is attentive and efficient.. she got me a discount on the oil change.. the oil used for my XSE is new and unique to the XSE and another model.. Oil change was done in under an hour..I will continue to have all the service on my new XSE done here as well as my extended family.. All employees seem happy to be working here and that says volumes about the dealership.. when its time to purchase my next Toyota i will surely be buying it here.. although that probably won’t be for a few years because I love this XSE and for sure will be driving it for many years Sincerely Shawn C More
Going on two months since I leased my vehicle from this dealership. I have not received plates or registration for it. Will have to take potential legal action against the dealership, as well as making a dealership. I have not received plates or registration for it. Will have to take potential legal action against the dealership, as well as making a complaint with the local Department of Motor Vehicles and Consumer Protection & Antitrust Bureau for refusal to provide plates. Receiving the run around from the Sales Manager Mark and sales representatives. No actual information or set dates on when I am to receive the plates. Very unprofessional. More
