I spent over $50K on a Tacoma and the Service there is atrocious. I had a suspicion about what they were doing and marked all the bolts for the trans, diffs, transfer case, and tire rotation and none of t atrocious. I had a suspicion about what they were doing and marked all the bolts for the trans, diffs, transfer case, and tire rotation and none of them were moved to check the levels. I also was suspicous about the oil because how fast it turned black. The filter was never changed not to mention I had to bring it to a mechanic to break the filter cup free. I tried and could not get it off with the proper cup tool. The one I tried I broke the cup then the mechanic had to use a breaker bar and 2 guys to break it free. Kinda hard to believe but the truth. Once I got it off I put a small snip from the paper on a new filter installed it and brought it back to them for one of the oil changes. Just as I had suspected, the filter was never changed just the oil. They basically drained the oil, refilled, and nothing more and have proof to back it up. I find this dealer and their service dept. To be a disgrace to the industry. More
