Came through for me and located the car I wanted! I was interested in leasing a 2016 Honda Civic LX and found a great President's Day deal at Rockingham Honda. I was away on vacation in Florida but co I was interested in leasing a 2016 Honda Civic LX and found a great President's Day deal at Rockingham Honda. I was away on vacation in Florida but contacted Jill Cokely and she was very helpful and friendly in answering my questions and setting up an appointment. I can't say enough about sales representative Miguel Genao! The challenge proved to be my desire to lease a six speed LX, and few are available (side note - I read a review that describes the six speed manual LX as the best 2016 Honda Civic.) Nonetheless, Miguel and his managers promised to locate one for me. In the meantime, Miguel was very patient and took the time to allow me to test drive a manual Accord to get a sense of the Honda six speed transmission as well as test drive an automatic LX. The challenge in finding a six speed LX proved daunting especially as I needed a car fast. Suffice it to say Miguel and his management (Shirley and Andrew) came through and located a vehicle in RI. I understood from speaking with Shirley the dealership had to also acquire a 2015 model as well in order to get the 2016 manual I wanted. Miguel even went down to Rhode Island on his day off to retrieve the car so I could have it by the end of the week! Talk about customer commitment! The Business Manager (Garrett) was very helpful and the transaction completed efficiently and as promised. Miguel also took great care in the delivery process explaining everything and promising to be available with any questions as well as promising to follow up. A true professional! And the Honda is a joy to drive! More
