I also requested a certain mechanic when making the appointment. I got there and was told he doesn't work that day! So beware of desk intake guys do no listen! After it was done he reviewed all the work performed and I was on my way. If I wanted to complain the only thing I could say is that I barely finished my second cup of fresh coffee, I will not say if I had any pastry.
