Terrible sales In regards to sales, I have yet to be treated like an existing customer (I financed a car from Honda 4 years ago). I still had to fill out a new cust In regards to sales, I have yet to be treated like an existing customer (I financed a car from Honda 4 years ago). I still had to fill out a new customer worksheet both times i've gone. When I went for an upgrade in the sales department I asked to see a black honda accord coupe EX-L V6 (I currently drive a 2012). I was shown a lipstick red 4 cylinder accord. Then they tried to sell me the car after I told them that's not what I'm looking for. 6 months later, I returned to look at the 2017 models. I called and asked if they have the 2017 Accord coupe touring V6model. They said yes. When I went to the dealership they said they had to drive 10 minutes to go get it. 30 minutes later the salesman returns with a 2016 Honda accord EX-L V6. Once again not what I'm looking for. No wonder why they haven't sold me a car yet. Finally the price of the car. I was quoted at $32,000 for the 2016 Accord coupe EX-L V6. I was able to get it down to $28,000. as an existing customer of Honda I find it terrible customer service to not offer me a good deal on a car. It's a red flag when a dealership has $4,000 in flexibility. More
