Within minutes I got a call from Jill letting me know that the car I was looking for was in stock, and just a few hours later, with help from Chuck and Jeff, I was driving home in it. The car pretty much sold itself (I have owned the same make/model/year in the past and loved it), but Chuck was still proactive in giving me info and making sure all my questions were answered, Very nice, competent staff. Price was fair enough, and though my bank rate isn't the best (iffy credit score post divorce), Jeff helped me work out doable payments with the lender. Overall a really positive experience. And best of all I was able to get the entire transaction completed in just a few hours! More
